Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Children 13 and under must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult. No restrooms are onboard; use facilities before boarding. Captains may adjust or cancel for weather.

75% refund if canceled more than 5 days in advance; no refunds within 5 days. No-shows are not refunded. Tours may be canceled by the operator for weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral issues. If canceled by the operator, you may reschedule or receive a refund if unable to reschedule.
