75% refund if canceled more than 8 days before. No refunds within 8 days or for no-shows. Balance charged 8 days prior. Tours may be adjusted or canceled for weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral issues; weather-related trips may be rescheduled or refunded if unable to reschedule, but behavioral issues are not refunded.
