Most visitors have wonderful experiences here, praising the staff's professionalism and the quality of equipment. Families especially appreciate the reasonable pricing and flexible hourly rates for kayaks and jet skis. The crew consistently gets shoutouts for being helpful and accommodating, with multiple mentions of the friendly team making rental pickups smooth and stress-free. People seem genuinely impressed by how well-maintained the pontoon boats and watercraft are, plus the staff's willingness to help even in unexpected situations. There are a few concerns worth noting about damage policies. A couple renters felt frustrated when charged for equipment repairs they believed were due to normal wear or unclear circumstances. Since the lake has natural debris, it's smart to clarify damage policies upfront and take photos before heading out. Also, confirm what's included in your rental time so there aren't surprises. These issues seem to be exceptions rather than the norm, but they're worth keeping in mind. Overall, this appears to be a solid family-owned operation where most people have great days on the water.
Rented two single kayaks here, pricing was lower than other places we visited and they offered an hourly rate instead of a 2 hour minimum. Service was outstanding.
