The crew consistently gets shoutouts for being helpful and accommodating, with multiple mentions of the friendly team making rental pickups smooth and stress-free. People seem genuinely impressed by how well-maintained the pontoon boats and watercraft are, plus the staff's willingness to help even in unexpected situations. There are a few concerns worth noting about damage policies. A couple renters felt frustrated when charged for equipment repairs they believed were due to normal wear or unclear circumstances. Rented two single kayaks here, pricing was lower than other places we visited and they offered an hourly rate instead of a 2 hour minimum. Service was outstanding.
