Your guide will contact you ahead of time to confirm your start time and coordinate your meeting spot. Arrive at the designated location at your scheduled time.
Is gratuity included?
No. Gratuity is typically between 15–25% and is highly appreciated.
What to wear?
Wear non-cotton clothing such as synthetic or wool, and bring a change of clothes for the return ride home in case you get wet.
Cancellation policy
Activities may be rescheduled or canceled due to weather or if minimum participation is not met. A full refund is provided if the operator cancels; if an activity is rescheduled, you may request a refund. Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable.
