Total weight limit is 380 lb including belongings. Please note that the primary meeting location is San Marcos Regional Airport with no additional cost; alternative meeting points are available upon request, including Austin-Bergstrom Million Air FBO, Austin Executive Airport, Mustang Beach–Port Aransas (additional $75), and Lajitas International Airport (additional $250).
Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before your tour date. 50% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour time. No refund within 48 hours. If weather or mandatory aircraft maintenance prevents the tour, you can reschedule; if rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund is issued.

Meet at either the Berry Terminal at San Marcos Regional Airport or the Million Air Terminal at Austin Bergstrom Airport.
