This tour is sold as a private flight for up to 5 adults and 1 child. Please note that the primary meeting location is San Marcos Regional Airport with no additional cost; alternative meeting points are available upon request, including Austin-Bergstrom Million Air FBO, Austin Executive Airport, Mustang Beach–Port Aransas (additional $75), and Lajitas International Airport (additional $250).
Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before your tour date. 50% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour time. No refund within 48 hours of your tour time. If weather or mandatory aircraft maintenance prevents the tour, you can reschedule at no additional cost; if rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Check in at the Berry Terminal at San Marcos Regional Airport for flights originating in San Marcos, or at the Million Air Terminal at Austin Bergstrom Airport for flights departing from Austin Bergstrom.
If weather conditions or mandatory aircraft maintenance prevent the tour from taking place, you will first be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund will be issued.
