Eqwine Social
Located less than 30 minutes from Nashville, this upscale farm experience has become a standout activity for visitors and locals alike. Owner Laura creates what guests consistently describe as a sanctuary-like atmosphere in an immaculate barn where you can hang out with pristine horses, a mini horse, and even a Highland cow. The property feels both chic and homey, with thoughtful touches throughout that make it perfect for celebrations like bachelorettes, birthdays, or just a relaxing afternoon with friends. What really shines through is Laura's genuine passion for her animals and her exceptional hospitality. She's incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about horse care, making guests feel right at home while sharing the story behind her business. The experience typically includes wine tastings (often accessible finds from Trader Joe's and Costco), beautifully prepared charcuterie boards, and plenty of time feeding and interacting with the friendly animals. Groups consistently rave about how relaxing yet fun the atmosphere is, and many mention it's easily accessible by Uber from downtown Nashville. It's the kind of place that creates lasting memories for everyone who visits.
A mini Highland cow and wine tasting? Yes, please! We visited Equine Social and we can’t wait to come back. It’s such a cute concept. The juxtaposition of a velvet sofa in a barn is perfection. Just the right amount of glam in a laid back country atmosphere. I have not stopped thinking about Wyatt, Hank, and Merle 🐴 who made the whole experience memorable.
