Group size is 21 to 50. No pets, weapons, alcohol or tobacco, large backpacks or coolers; no filming or recording, drones, tripods, or professional camera gear. Personal photos without flash are allowed; strollers and walking aids are welcome; non-alcoholic drinks are allowed but no food on the route; interpreters do not accept tips.
Cancellation policy
Payments made are fully refundable with a notice of one week prior to your scheduled tour. If a cancellation is made within one week, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the tour, except in cases of museum closure.
