Explore Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island on a flexible private tour that covers signature sights and quieter corners with a local guide. You’ll visit scenic overlooks, historic villages, and a working lobster pound with time to linger at the stops you enjoy most.
Lunch at the lobster pound is on your own. After October 11 (post-Columbus Day), lobster lunch options transition to local indoor venues. Tour route and stops may be adjusted for timing, weather, or operational reasons.
Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full price, including due to airline and cruise ship cancellations.
If you’re staying in downtown Bar Harbor, pickup is available at your hotel or rental. Provide the hotel name or address for pickup.
If you’re staying outside of Bar Harbor and driving in, a meeting point in Bar Harbor can be arranged. You can also meet at the Hulls Cove Visitor Center parking lot in Acadia National Park, where guides meet under the covered pavilion.
If you’re arriving by cruise ship, book a tour start time at least 2 hours after the ship’s arrival (Bar Harbor is a tendered port).
