Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds on same day bookings. No shows will be charged the full price.

Great service and easy to work with. Fast drop off for my last minute spring break request. Allowed us to keep them an extra day when storms and winds delayed our initial plans. While the rentals were sit-ins, they were sturdy enough to allow use of the swim ladder off the seawall for entry and exit and good weight capacity rating. Short enough to maneuver through the mangrove tunnels but still had a bit of speed. Reccommend!
