Things to know
A state-issued ID matching the booking name is required to board the train. Trips operate in most weather; moderate to strong breezes may prevent kayaking. If kayaking is unsafe, a shoreline walk is substituted and refunds are not provided.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations of all confirmed bookings are subject to a $15 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure time are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Please note that there will be no refunds in the event of an alternate activity when weather conditions create an unsafe paddling environment.
