Enjoy a hands-on cocktail crafting experience during your Wine Country stay. This private workshop is led by a professional sommelier and hosted at your rental or chosen venue. Your group will make two cocktails from start to finish using one spirit of your choice. The class is relaxed, interactive, and open to all skill levels.
During the session, the sommelier will guide you through basic mixology skills, explain how flavors work together, and share the history of the cocktails being made. Guests can ask questions and take part throughout the experience, making it both fun and informative.

Things to Know
Guests must be 21+ to join. This is a hands-on cocktail workshop, not a demonstration. A table or counter space is needed for setup. Spirits are not included. Guests may buy and provide their own alcohol, or after booking, they will be connected with the sommelier, who can suggest which spirit to purchase or buy it on the guest’s behalf for an added cost based on selection. The instructor can travel within about 30 miles of Santa Rosa, with more travel available upon request.
Cancellation policy
Cancel more than 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours receive a 50% refund. Late cancellations are not refundable.

After growing up in England and spending the last 30 years in California’s Wine Country, she brings both global perspective and deep local knowledge to everything she does. As a Certified Sommelier with over 10 years in the wine industry, Nilu loves guiding guests through relaxed, memorable experiences that don’t take themselves too seriously.
