If ACR Tours cancels for weather or safety, you may reschedule but no refund is offered. If you cancel 7 days or more before the trip, you receive a 50% refund; less than 7 days, no refund. Rescheduling is possible when requested at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability. Refunds and rescheduling are non-transferable.
