Things to know
Arrive 15 minutes early and complete waivers in advance. All ages are welcome. You may bring food and drinks, but no alcohol or glass. When booking, please provide the name of each passenger and the number of children aged 13 and under in your group.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Cancel more than one week in advance for a 100% refund; one week to 72 hours, 50%; 24 to 72 hours, 25%; less than 24 hours, no refund. If your slot is filled by another group, a full refund will be provided.
