Things to know
Minimum 2 and up to 20 guests. Most of the tour is outdoors; wear closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothing, and bring water. Service animals cannot join animal encounters; no pets allowed.
Cancellation policy
No refunds if canceled less than 48 hours before your tour date. Payment is due in full at booking. Tours can be conducted inside the Main Giraffe Barn during inclement weather; no weather-related cancellations.
