Things to know
A state-issued ID is required to board the train; passengers 18+ must present government-issued photo ID. Children ages 2–15 must travel with an adult. Trips operate in most weather; strong breezes may prevent kayaking and be replaced by a shoreline walk without refunds.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are subject to a $15 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that there will be no refunds in the event of an alternate activity when weather conditions create an unsafe paddling environment.
