Charter accommodates up to 21 guests. All drinking passengers must be 21+ with photo ID. Crew may restrict alcohol service or swimming for safety.
Cancellation policy
Operator will issue a full refund if the captain cancels because of unsafe weather or unforeseen issues. You may cancel for a full refund with at least 14 days notice. Cancellations 13 days to 72 hours before departure receive a 50% refund or gift card; within 72 hours or no-shows forfeit the full amount. Refunds are not offered for rescheduled trips unless the operator cancels.
