The guides here consistently earn rave reviews for making LA tours memorable and fun. Names like Jon, Chris, Sarah, Ben, and Michael come up repeatedly, with travelers praising their knowledge, humor, and attentiveness. People appreciate how guides share fascinating stories about Hollywood history, check in regularly about water and comfort levels, and take great photos for their groups. The company handles everything smoothly from booking through the actual experience, with several reviewers mentioning last-minute accommodations worked out seamlessly. Both the Hollywood Sign hikes and the "LA in a Day" bike tours get enthusiastic recommendations. Families find the hikes manageable for kids, while the e-bikes make longer cycling tours comfortable even with hills and steeper sections heading to Griffith Park. International visitors, including German tourists, specifically mention how easy the guides are to understand and how welcoming they felt. The tours strike a nice balance between covering ground and taking time for photos and conversation, with travelers consistently saying it's among the best guided experiences they've had.
This was the perfect short walk to the Hollywood sign! Chris my guide was awesome! He gave great information about the sign history, and also landmarks you can see from some of the stops. The walk is about half paved, half dirt with minimal incline for those with mobility concerns. I would absolutely go back and do the full three hour hike, would also recommend to anyone who is interested in hiking to the Hollywood sign.
