I loved how she makes traditional island food part of the overall experience between the malasadas donuts food truck and the fresh pineapple stand to the delicious garlic or coconut shrimp food truck and the store where we tasted all kinds of macadamia nut flavors! She is so kind, easy to talk to, thoughtful about giving us our personal space, and was familiar with the locals everywhere we explored. She even took us to the rum distillery to do a tasting.
