Please arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in. Fuel is charged after your rental based on usage. Feeding wildlife is illegal, and renters are responsible for any damage to the boat. When booking, please include the ages and weights of any passengers under 13 in the notes section

A: No formal boating license is required, but the driver must have a valid driver’s licence. Also, the rental team will give an orientation.
Q: Where do I park when I arrive for the rental?
A: You may park in the lot next to the marina ship’s store at 1 Shelter Cove Lane, Hilton Head Island, or use the overflow parking lot at 9 Harbourside Lane.
Cancellation policy
Trips cancelled due to weather receive a full refund. For other reasons, cancel at least 48 hours before start time to avoid a $100 fee.
