Children must be at least 6 years old; pregnant women cannot participate. Guests must be physically agile for boarding and refrain from smoking on the vessel.
Parties of nine or fewer receive a full refund with 48 hours' notice. Parties of 10–19 require 72 hours, and parties of 20 or more require 7 days' notice for a full refund. Full refunds are given if the operator cancels. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals.
