The guides here absolutely make the experience. Names like Jake, Brogan, Nick, Cody, Decker, and Tammy come up repeatedly, and reviewers consistently praise their professionalism, safety focus, and entertaining personalities. Beyond just getting you down the ziplines safely, these guides share Hawaiian history, point out native plants and fruits, and make everyone feel comfortable regardless of experience level. Multiple families mention how patient the staff was with nervous first-timers and even guests in their 80s. The course itself offers varied ziplines with different speeds and lengths, plus suspension bridges that add extra excitement. It's set in a shaded forest, which guests appreciate as a break from the beach sun. The whole operation runs smoothly with clear safety instructions throughout. Several reviewers specifically mention this as one of their favorite Hawaii activities or even "one of the best experiences" of their lives. The photo packages get positive mentions too for being affordable and well worth purchasing as souvenirs of the adventure.
Dane and Tami were amazing guides. Ages 10-50 all had a blast. Highly recommend this trip. Fyi, they are discontinuing this course and will be opening a new one. Soon.
