Boarding begins about 15 minutes before departure, and you may miss boarding if you are not in line by 5 minutes before departure. Minors must be accompanied by an adult unless authorized by Jet Express. Pets are allowed if in a cage or on a leash, and a dress code applies (shoes, shirt, and pants/shorts required). Bikes/Kayaks/e-bikes can be taken $5.75 each way
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if departures are cancelled by the Jet Express due to inclement weather. Tickets are only valid for the 2026 season.
Boarding begins about 5–10 minutes before departure, and it’s recommended to be in line around 15 minutes early. Guests who arrive less than 5 minutes before departure may lose their seats.
