Children 12 and under must wear life jackets at all times. No diving, drugs, or excessive drinking are allowed, and all guests must sign a waiver before departure. Bring a USCG-approved life jacket for children under 50 lb.
Cancellation policy
Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund if operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Contact by phone to cancel or inquire. No-shows forfeit deposit.
