The service includes a chef and one experienced service staff member, water service, a seasonal tablescape of flowers, and kitchen deep cleaning and organization prior to departure.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking as soon as possible.
Can I request specific dishes or cuisines?
Yes, Chef Samantha will work with you to create a menu that includes your favorite dishes or preferred cuisines.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% is refundable up to one week before the reservation.

Samantha also works part-time at the Culinary Institute of America, contributing to large events and cooking classes.
