E-bikes rented for one day must be returned the same day before closing. Store may be closed during rainy days. Child seats, trailers, tag-a-longs, and passenger options have age and weight limits, with the passenger seat rated up to 275 lbs.
Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your rental date. No refunds or cancellations for same-day reservations. No-shows will be charged the full price. If a reservation is rebooked to a different date, it will no longer qualify for cancellation and it's considered non-refundable.
