Explore Old Louisville on a narrated walking tour led by local author David Dominé, tied to the true-crime story behind Murder in Glitterball City. You’ll visit key neighborhood landmarks, hear behind-the-scenes context, and take home themed treats and souvenirs.
Not suitable for individuals who rely on canes or walkers. The itinerary may be adjusted based on what’s happening in the neighborhood. Entry to the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum and the Filson Historical Society is not included.
Non-refundable tickets. With enough advance notice, you may be able to reschedule, subject to availability. If the tour is canceled due to dangerous conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Meet at the Old Louisville Brewery at 625 W. Magnolia Avenue, Louisville, KY, for a welcome “Glitter Ball” cocktail or mocktail before the walk begins.
Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire. The tour is rain or shine, so bring an umbrella if rain is manageable.
No. This is a walking tour and you do not enter structures, since many homes are private residences. You’ll stop outside places like the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum, and visits there (and to The Filson Historical Society) can be arranged separately.
