Families and first-timers consistently rave about the nighttime glass-bottom kayaking experience here, with guides like Cameron, Aaron, Logan, and Grant earning special praise for their friendly, patient approach. The setup is beginner-friendly and relaxing, with multiple launch locations across the area (they're flexible about switching sites if weather doesn't cooperate). The highlight for most is feeding catfish and watching them swarm beneath the lit glass bottoms, which kids especially love. Some lucky groups spot manatees, stingrays, or barracuda, though wildlife sightings vary by night. The tours run longer than scheduled when the action is good, and guides genuinely don't rush anyone through the experience. A few guests wished for more educational commentary about local ecology and history, and one experienced kayaker felt the tour catered mainly to beginners. The company provides bug spray and other thoughtful touches, plus they're responsive via text if plans need changing. It's clearly designed as a mellow, family-friendly outing rather than an intense nature expedition, and most people leave delighted with the unique experience.
My son and I participated in this event on 3/31/26 and it was an amazing experience. James, our tour guide, shared a lot about the area, the habitats of the animals and shared so much information about clams and how they are able to filter and clean the water. his crew worked smoothly and effectively to deliver and spread out the equipment and did the same to take care of it at the end too. The 5 crew guys communicated very well with each other and were all kind and respectful to each other and their guests. Well done. We did receive a text a few hours before the event with a video of how to paddle (super helpful) and where to park. I will surely be recommending this company to others
