    Things to know

    Minimum age is 12; guests under 18 must be with an adult. Expect over a mile of walking and several staircases. Tours run rain or shine except in extreme weather.

    Cancellation policy

    No refunds within 48 hours of the tour. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead for a full refund.

    Meeting location

    Tours start in Old Town Square near the fountain. We are located between Cira Ltd and Thamel Import Gifts. Look for the Fort Collins Tours and Home State Realty signs. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with the tour guide(s). Tours depart promptly at the scheduled times.
