Branson Helicopter Tour: Ozark Lakes & Landmarks

This was a first time experience for my son and I. My mom and dad had previously used this charter company and insisted that I use them as well. Upon arrival I walked into the office and was greeted with a warm welcome. I was asked to step out since the office space is fairly small. When I stepped out another crew member was happy to assist me with my questions and concerns. She stated it would be better to secure our time slot online which is what I did. We came back within the time frame of our time slot and was weighed, signed waivers and got our instructions. We were then asked if we wanted to purchase a flight video of our trip since they were running a special. So I purchased the video package as well. The trip around Branson and the Pilot was amazing. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Him and my mom talked about a lot of things in that short trip. I would definitely do this again when we come back for a family vacation. Just wish we received our video that was paid for. Unfortunately we did not get our video. The pilot Dakota reached out to me and rectified the issue. For that this company gets 5 stars for superior customer service.
