Cancellation policy
Trips are fully refundable with more than 14 days' notice. Cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. Weather calls are made about 1 hour before departure based on real-time conditions; trips do not cancel based on forecasts. If the captain cancels due to weather, you receive a full refund.
