Things to know
All passengers must wear closed-toe shoes and be able to stand for the entire flight. Pregnant travelers cannot fly. Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.
Cancellation policy
Flights are weather dependent and may be cancelled by the pilot for safety; affected rides are rescheduled. If you cancel more than 7 days before your ride you may reschedule at no cost; cancellations within 7 days incur a $50 per passenger rescheduling fee. Reservations can be refunded within 30 days of booking when the flight date is at least 30 days away. No refunds are issued within 30 days of the flight.
