    Things to know

    Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time. All guests must have their waiver signed by 6:00 PM the evening before the flight, and a parent or guardian must sign for minors. Closed-toe shoes are required.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to launch are refunded minus a $25 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. This excludes flight cancellations due to inclement weather.

    FAQs

    Meet at Pagosa Adventure Base Camp, 40 County Road 600 (Piedra Road), Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. The meeting location is no longer Walmart.

    Dress in layers (mornings are chilly and it warms up fast). Closed-toe shoes are required for safety.

    Airtime is typically 30–45 minutes and is weather dependent.
