Things to know
Must be 21+ to rent and 16+ to operate with a valid driver’s license; passengers under 18 need a guardian. Closed-toe shoes required. Off-road terrain is bumpy; those pregnant or with back or neck issues should consult a physician; operates rain or shine with rescheduling for severe weather. When booking, please include the participant's age and your address in the notes section
FAQs
Q: Can I take pictures or record with my cell phone?
A: Of course, just not while riding or moving. Photo and video stops are provided when stationary. We have zero tolerance for texting and riding.
Q: Can I wear sandals?
A: No. Closed-toe shoes are required. We recommend shoes you do not mind getting dirty.
Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund. Weather cancellations are not accepted if operations continue.
