Riders must know how to ride a bicycle and be at least 60" tall to operate an e-bike. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and participants should arrive 15 minutes before departure for training.
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Within 24 hours, no refunds or rescheduling are offered. Late arrival (less than 15 minutes before departure) results in ticket forfeiture without refund. Private events may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days in advance.

We rented bikes without a tours and it was great. Super laid back and friendly staff that were easy to deal with. All the gear was in good condition and ran well, no issues. Came with helmets, locks, and UV-protectors for the bikes seats which it turns out was needed. Also free parking. The style of bike is certainly a bit uncomfortable on the legs to pedal, but if you’re mainly using the throttle, they’re very comfortable. Great for checking out the trails around the lake.

We rented bikes without a tours and it was great. Super laid back and friendly staff that were easy to deal with. All the gear was in good condition and ran well, no issues. Came with helmets, locks, and UV-protectors for the bikes seats which it turns out was needed. Also free parking. The style of bike is certainly a bit uncomfortable on the legs to pedal, but if you’re mainly using the throttle, they’re very comfortable. Great for checking out the trails around the lake.
