Things to know

Participants must be at least 8 years old, weigh 65–250 lbs, and be no taller than 6 ft 6 in; pregnant guests cannot participate. You must use both hands and feet and have vision in at least one eye; closed-toed shoes are required. Tours require a minimum of 4 participants; arrive 15 minutes early, and late arrivals are not rescheduled or refunded. When booking, indicate the weight of each participant in the notes section.
