Trimaran, engine
Head out on the 24' Summer Breeze trimaran for a half or full day on the water. It seats up to 14 passengers and is powered by a Yamaha 200 HP.
9am departures must return by 4pm. Departures at 10am or later must return by 4:30pm. Renters must be at least 21 years old to operate the vessel, and in Florida, individuals born on or after January 1, 1988, are required to complete an approved boater safety course and carry both a valid photo ID and a boater safety identification card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
U.S. Coast Guard regulations mandate that operators wear the Engine Cut-Off Switch (ECOS) link at speeds above idle, which must be securely attached to the operator and the vessel. The renter’s name must match all booking, payment, and contract details, and a $1,000 damage deposit on a major credit card is required. Boats must remain within designated boundaries, and failure to return upon request may result in the deposit being held for up to five business days for inspection. Fuel charges are applied at the end of the rental, and late returns incur a $100 fee per 30-minute increment.
Cancel by the day before at 5:00pm for a full refund. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours incur a $100 fee per boat, waived for marina-determined foul weather. No-shows are charged in full and are defined as over 1 hour late for half-day or over 2 hours late for full-day. Notify the marina if arriving late.

The boat tours and rentals here get consistently high marks from families and groups looking for a fun time on the water. Captains like Ken and his crew earn regular praise for their entertaining commentary, music, and especially the dolphin watching trips. The service department really stands out too, with staff going above and beyond to help boaters with mechanical issues quickly and professionally. Rental bookings are described as smooth and straightforward. There are a couple things worth noting. One guest raised serious safety concerns about reckless driving near swimmers, which is definitely alarming. Accessibility is also an issue despite what's advertised, with one wheelchair user unable to board after checking in. If you're renting a pontoon, know that beaching isn't allowed and you'll need to navigate lengthy no-wake zones that can eat into your rental time. Most captains get rave reviews, though experiences vary. Overall though, the operation runs smoothly with friendly staff and well-maintained boats that keep people coming back.
This is our family’s second time renting a pontoon from Salty Sam’s. It was just as amazing as the first time! Worth the price- we saw dolphins, manatees, kids got to swim and fish, and we stopped at a beach!
