A separate captain fee and fuel charge apply and are settled with the captain. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket.
Q: Is the captain fee included in the booking price?
A: No. The $150 captain fee is paid directly to the captain before the tour and does not include gratuity.
Q: How is fuel charged?
A: Fuel is estimated and charged at the end of the tour based on usage.
Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
A: Yes. You are welcome to bring any food and beverages. A cooler with ice is provided.
Q: What should we bring with us?
A: Bring sunglasses, hats, sunscreen (no spray), and any food or drinks you’d like. In cooler months, bring a sweatshirt or jacket.
Q: How does parking work at the marina?
A: Parking for one car per two-hour tour is included in your booking. Additional cars cost $15 each.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour receive a full refund; those made between 48–72 hours receive a 50% refund, and cancellations up to 48 hours before the tour receive a 25% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the tour. If the operator cancels due to weather and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
