If you were born on or after January 1, 1988 you need a Florida Boating License or Temporary Boating Certificate.

No, but nearby restaurants offer public facilities.
Things to know
Drivers must have prior boating experience. Rentals run March 1–October 31. Tubing behind the boat is not allowed. Slides should be used in chest-deep water or deeper.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable except when weather is deemed unsafe before departure. No refunds once the boat has left the dock.
