With a perfect rating across hundreds of reviews, this Scottsdale-based outdoor adventure company clearly knows how to deliver. The guides—Bob, Joe, Mike, Shawn, John, and Jeff among them—consistently get praised for being knowledgeable, safety-conscious, and genuinely fun to spend time with. They excel at reading their groups and adjusting difficulty levels on the fly, whether you're mountain biking through McDowell Sonoran Preserve or hiking Camelback Mountain at sunrise. Several reviewers mention feeling like they were adventuring with a friend rather than just a hired guide. Owner Laurel stands out for exceptional customer service, taking extensive time to walk clients through safety protocols and making sure bookings feel smooth from start to finish. The team goes beyond basic guiding with thoughtful touches like birthday cupcakes on summits, professional photos sent after trips, and resort pickups in well-appointed vehicles. They work with solo travelers, couples, corporate groups, and families with seniors, consistently tailoring experiences to match abilities. The genuine care for client safety is evident throughout, even in cases where weather forced trip cancellations.
Great morning ride with Shawn. He had everything ready at the trailhead for us to start right on time. We were able to get in near 16 miles of single track! Riding hard with quick stops to check out some of the sights and scenery. Totally beat trying to map my own ride and allowed me to just enjoy the flow and focus on carefree riding. The trails had great flow. These are serious riders who can tailor the ride to your needs. Was great having the early morning options to beat the crowds.
