Once the bikes we ordered came in, my wife changed her mind and found one she really loved on the floor that had just arrived earlier. Both Scott and Eddie were extremely helpful, as well as patient. We really had an incredible experience purchasing our Velotric Nomad 2 e-bikes from E-Bike Alley. As this was a decent sized financial purchase, we took our time in deciding what we wanted. Once the bikes we ordered came in, my wife changed her mind and found one she really loved on the floor that had just arrived earlier. Both Scott and Eddie were extremely helpful, as well as patient.
