The crew Cody, Alexis and Daniel were welcoming from the initial text and made the entire process easy. My son, 5 years old, opted not to go into the water and Alexis and Daniel were so engaging with him while we were in the water he is still talking about how Alexis swam with Hammer head sharks. Thank you for making it fun for him as well. In the water Cody was informative and allowed us to enjoy and be in the moment with the 12+ rays. We had the tour to ourselves so when the other boats left and headed back we were left to enjoy the experience just the 5 of us in the water with a dozen or more rays feeding. We highly recommend this outfit and look forward to sharing this experience with family and friends when they visit as well. Thank you again for unforgettable memories.
